Music in the Caddey

Music in the Caddey

This is a social evening for anyone over the age of 18 who would like to play or listen to music in any format, probably a bit louder than at home. We chat about all sorts of things in a relaxed atmosphere. We are affectionately known as a youth club for the over 50s where younger people are welcome.

You can bring your own music on vinyl, cd, dvd, video, reel to reel, cassette tapes or even on your phone or simply enjoy other people’s music taste. Alternatively you can play from our own collection.

We have a vinyl record stall with sales going to help conserve the St. John’s World War II American flag.

Schedule

We meet on the 1st and 3rd Mondays from 7.30pm in the Caddey.

Entrance is just £1 and includes refreshments. We occasionally order a take away and in the summer hold a bbq.

Newcomers are always welcome and you don’t have to be a church attender to join in the fun.
